Here are two articles from the BarGiornale of March 1999. The first one deals with the question: if it is true that Italians drink very little, in proportion the consumption increasingly favour the international market at the expense of the local one, while the latter is increased by the sale of spirits; these are not reliable since they include also the cocktail drinks with and without soda. One way to re-evaluate the consumptions.
