Flavored Grappas
Officinal plants and herbs are effective as natural remedies.
The name comes from the latin “officina”, the ancient pharmaceutic workshop.
In fact, since centuries medical plants and aromatic herbs are infused in “aquavite simplicem” (simple brandy) to assist the active principles extraction and obtain an “aquavite composita” (composite brandy) with beneficial features.
