Boiler (or brandy distiller)
All brandy distillators were once called “boilers”. Nowadays a boiler is a distiller that makes his own job and also upon a third party. The chief, but not the owner of the distillery, is also called “boiler”; he is the person who manages the employees. The owner of a distillery is called distillator.
