Brandy aging barrels
All almost brandies are submitted after distillation to an aging period. Wood choice and barrel capacity must be extremely accurate, so oak wood is the normally used one. Barrel capacity changes, but the best one is between 3 and 6 hectolitres. The small ones are used for a quicker aging, whereas the big ones for a slow aging.
