Customs Department Chemical Laboratory
Before bottling, all alcoholic parts must be analyzed by the Customs Department Chemical Laboratory. This Department establishes if the content is legal, above all for hygienic-sanitary point of view with laws in force. The checks are conducted by UTIF.
