Ebulliometer
Device defining the alcoholic gradation of an hydroalcoholic liquid. Based on the principle of hydroalcoholic mixtures boiling at a temperature included between 100 °C (water) and 78,3° C (pure alcohol). This tool only decides the alcohol degree of liquids at low alcohol content (about 20° maximum).
