Flegma
Hydroalcoholic mixture with alcohol content lower than 40%, obtained during the first stage of the distillation process. Because of its unpleasant taste and low alcohol content it cannot be retailed, therefore it is either sent to rectification or distilled once again to obtain a quality alcoholic drink.
