Oak
Oak trees are derived from the forest and have a very hard wood. There are many varieties which are used in the production of barrels destinated for the ageing and refining of brandy. In particular way the sessil oak, commonly called oak "rovere", because its wood gives a distilled wine a beautiful light yellow colour, a balsamic fragrance and a pleasant flavour.
