Supervisors
A supervisor is a person introduced by the Chamber of Commerce and named by the Prefect to check brandy quality. It is a sworn officer. He does not make the sales easier, but he only establishes the good or bad brandy quality. His judge is irrevocable and in order to cancel it, the supervisor must be brought to the Court of justice to make him punished as abuser.
