UTIF
Litterally "Manufacturing technical tax office" is the organization that checks all the factory works (distilleries, refineries of petroliferous products, breweries). UTIF depends on the finance minister and his functionaries are recognized as official judiciary police. UTIF deals with estimates and technical checks of the alcohol manufacturing installations. In distilleries every part of the still is sealed with a copper stamp in order to avoid fraud. They also deal with register keeping and the issue of the state emblem, together with the Local Council, and the authorization of alcohol selling license.
