Novellini pasta drowning in tomato
Preparing:
Take the novellini and boil for about two minutes in salted water. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan, add the peeled and chopped tomatoes with salt, pepper and a teaspoon of mustard.
Cook for about fifteen minutes.
At this point, place the novellini in the sauce and simmer a few minutes, then add a generous splash of Grappa and let it evaporate.
Before removing from heat, add the parsley and finely chopped garlic.
