The First International Grappa Day

We are pleased to take part in the first International Grappa Day, today, 5 March 2026: a celebration that unites Italy in a virtual toast promoted by ANAG (National Association of Grappa and Spirits Tasters), from north to south, as a tribute to Italy’s quintessential distillate. 

On this day, I look back with emotion at the journey we have made and with confidence at what lies ahead. 

In 1993, together with my wife Cristina, I founded in Bassano del Grappa the first Grappa Museum in Italy, with the aim of spreading the culture of grappa. Today we welcome around 150,000 visitors every year, and it is among the most visited corporate museums in Italy. 

A toast to Grappa, to its history and to its future.
