Taglierini or spaghetti in the style of Luciano

Ingredients:

1 small onion
100 g smoked lean bacon
25 g butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 shot glass of aged Grappa
1 glass of single crem
A few leaves of marjoram
400 g thin soup noodles
100 g parmesan cheese
Salt q.s.
Pepper q.s.

Preparation:

Sautè the finely chopped onion with diced bacon (also a lean ham may be fine) add salt and pepper. When browning will be at the right point, pour a glass of Grappa  and set fire to evaporate the alcohol.
Add butter and olive oil to a pan, emulsify them and put the chopped onion and diced bacon in the pan.
Off the heat, add single cream, chopped majoram and sauté the pasta.
Sprinkle  some  good grated Parmesan cheese.
