By adding to a grappa or to a grape brandy something suitable (a liqueur, bitter, fruit juice or citrus, milk, honey, etc.) that gives colour, enriching the flavour and enhancing the scent, putting them with ice in a mixer or shaking them together, we obtain delicious cocktails, generous and refreshing long drinks. That can be drunk by sipping, caressing them first with the eyes and then with the lips or letting them going down gently if warm or heated, as in grog or in hot drinks, but never drink with precipitation, always in small doses ..
