The Observatory of Trentino productions is a public body that was set up in line with the Agreement Programme, signed by the Autonomous Province of Trento and the Trento Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicrafts and Agriculture, to coordinate in an organic and effective way their mutual cooperation in fields of common interest.
This investigation by the Observatory finds a place in this context, and aims to shed light on a sector, the Grappa sector, which is significant and prestigious for the territory economy. The investigation was supported by a constant and positive interaction with the Institute for the Protection of Grappa in Trentino.
