The World of Grappa for everyone: this is the philosophy of the "Discovering Grappa" project, created by the Poli Distilleries in cooperation with the Poli Grappa Museum.
18 short videos, designed to train on history, culture and technique of distillation, available free of charge of the youtube platform of the Poli Distillery.
A project strongly desired by Jacopo Poli, curator of the Poli Grappa Museum, who decided to make available 120 years of distilling tradition of a family of grappa masters.
