Mantova-style tagliatelle cake
Combine flour, a ¾ full tablespoon of sugar and egg yolks to make a dough. Roll it out and cut it in this stripes, as if were cutting tagliatelle for a soup.
Mix the ground almonds with the remaining sugar in bowl.
Grease a pie mould with some butter.
Make a first layer with the tagliatelle, than sprinkle some ground almonds on the top, add some drops of Grappa and butter curls, make another layer of tagliatelle and carry on this way as long as all ingredientens are finished.
Bake the cake at 180° for about ¾ of an hour or until the top crust will be golden.
