Cherries with Grappa
Preparing:
Put the sugar and water in a saucepan, melt and let the syrup cool.
Meanwhile, thoroughly wash the cherries, drain completely and dry.
Cut the cherries in halves, and put them in a jar with cinnamon and cloves.
Pour the Grappa and syrup.
Seal the jar tightly and shake it so that the ingredients mix well.
