Apple and nuts muffins, flavoured with Gewürztraminer Grappa

Ingredients:

150 g flour
100 wholewheat flour
250 g yogurt
80 ml rapeseed oil
1 egg
250 g apples
1 sachet baking powder
½ glass of Grappa

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°. Wash, peel and cut the apples in small cubes.
 In a large bowl, combine the flours and the baking powder. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar, add the rapeseed oil, yogurt, apples and mix well.
Add the bowl with the flour to the mixture and add the Grappa.
Take the muffin moulds and lay some baking paper inside each mould. Fill each mould to ¾ and bake the muffins in the oven for about 30 minutes. Allow 5 minutes to cool before removing the muffins from the moulds.
